A Return to Jazz- It's About Time re-released. - July 1, 2011
Breaking News! My first album, It's About Time (1998) has been out of print for several years but is re-released this week with all new mixes and artwork.
It was a collaboration with world renowned jazz guitarist Peter Sprague and some of the top jazz musicians from southern California, including percussionist Brad Dutz, drummer Duncan Moore, bassists Dave Curtis, Kevin Hennessy and Rob Thorsen and pianists John Opferkuch and Rob Whitlock.
The album combines original tunes with some eclectic covers by Sting, Paul Simon, Tadd Dameron, Hoagy Carmichael and others and feature many special arrangements by Peter Sprague.
